I have a DTV visa, and I want to make sure I'm meeting all the requirements to keep it valid. Besides the 90-day report and the visa run every 180 days, is there anything else I need to do? Any advice or updates would be greatly appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
To maintain your DTV visa in Thailand, you need to adhere to several requirements. Besides the 90-day report and a visa run every 180 days, it is crucial to file the TM30 form. This must be done by your landlord or hotel within 24 hours of your arrival at any new residence. Ensure you have copies of the TM30 form for your records, especially when completing your 90-day report.

TM30 to be filed either by your landlord/hotel within 24 hours of your arrival there (if you stay in a hotel first, then move to an apartment for instance, the hotel will file one for you, then you need to make sure another one is filed when you move in. You’ll need a copy of that when you do your 90 day report.
