Hi everyone.. in order to submit a 90 days report do I need the TM30 or TM47 form? My landlord already declared me to immigration when I began residing in his condo, but now I am on visa extension.. Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
To submit a 90-day report in Thailand, you need to use the TM47 form, along with the TM30 receipt, which confirms your landlord has reported your stay to immigration.

Thank you..the TM30 is also the receipt of the latest 90 days report done? (they did it for me at immigration last time I extended my visa)

No, the TM30 is proof that your address is on file with immigration. Your last 90 day report should be either in your passport or a receipt they gave you last time.

If they didn't ask for it on your last 90 day report, I wouldn't worry about it.
