Hey everyone; thank you all for the advice this far.

My new question is regarding my temp residence certificate. 

I have my tm30, I have my lease agreement. 

My understanding is that I must go to immigration (which I need to go anyway to get my under consideration situation finished)

Is there anything else; forms, docs, that I need?

Its not TM30, its the silly cert from immi so you can apply for a licence (even if you have another thai licence with your address on already!) (And 4 chanottes, and blue book and more with your name and address on it...)
