What documentation do I need to register a change of address in Bangkok, and is a power of attorney required?

Hello admin! I have to register a chamge of adress, living in Bangkok.

My new block of apartments is happy to fill in the tm30 forms, but wants me to take them to immigration. They cannot do online.

Apart from the 2 tm30 forms, will i require the power of attorney form to be filled by them?

Also do I have to show the copy of id card and tabien baan from the owner?

I already have the rental agreement.
