Hello admin! I have to register a chamge of adress, living in Bangkok.

My new block of apartments is happy to fill in the tm30 forms, but wants me to take them to immigration. They cannot do online.

Apart from the 2 tm30 forms, will i require the power of attorney form to be filled by them?

Also do I have to show the copy of id card and tabien baan from the owner?

I already have the rental agreement.

follow that how to thing I wrote exactly, do NOT put your land lords name anywhere on that TM30 form,

YOU are saying YOU live at the address and YOU are declaring YOU are the one there 😮 it's you doing it as the possessor of the property

don't make it any harder than the how to says, follow it, and you'll be able to file a Tm30 without anything from the landlord. DON'T follow it and you'll come off the rails trying to self file

Intend to do that. Nothing from landlord.... How does rental agreement/lease fit with that. Do I show that or not?
