Hello everyone! I tried searching online and in the group here for an answer to my question but haven't found anything. Also finding the Thailand immigration site a bit lacking...

Can anyone help me with what I need for my first 90-day report? I'm on a marriage visa, pretty sure I need the obvious dox like passport, tm30 and tm47. Anything else I should be prepared with? Thank you all so much in advance, I'm sure this is asked frequently but I'm struggling! โค๏ธ

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance for their first 90-day report requirements while on a marriage visa in Thailand. They believe the necessary documents include their passport, TM30, and TM47. Community members advise checking local requirements, reporting online if possible, and confirming that the TM30 is filed correctly by the landlord, as some may have issues with it. The user confirmed living in Chiang Mai and expressed gratitude for the community's support and advice.

. I submitted online and will see how that goes. For those asking for more details, my passport is US and I am living in Chiang Mai. I have about 10 days before my report is due, I know that they have leniency for up to 5 days after so I expect that to be plenty of time despite the current delays in processing on immigration's end. My TM30 is current and on file with immigration so I don't anticipate there being an issue with that. Again, thank you to everyone who helped and gave me extra information, you all are fantastic!! ๐Ÿ™‚

As long as the landlord filed the TM30 when they were supposed to (something lots of Airbnb rentals don't do), all you'll need is your passport. If the TM30 filing is not in their system then they will ask for it. I watched 7 people at Chaeng Wattana filing their first 90 day report asked for a TM30 because it wasn't in the system as ever being filed. For those with the TM30 on file it was the standard 2 minute processing and done, with not a word spoken by the immigration agent.

You can also report online up to 2 weeks before your due date (I'm sure someone can provide a link to the new website)

Each office likely has slightly different, singular requirements, as they tend to do.

It'd be a good idea to state where you are.

It'd be a better idea to go to the office and enquire with them well in advance.

If possible, join a FB group of your location base.
