To extend a visa in Thailand, the required documents can vary based on the visa type you currently hold. Common documents include completed forms (like TM7), proof of address registration, passport data page, the last entry stamp, and sometimes a letter from a hospital if travel is not possible. If you've misplaced your TM6 (white card), typically, the immigration office can provide a new one, but you may need a police report in some cases. It is recommended to check the specific requirements for your situation at the immigration office.

if on a long term visa / extension of stay that may be required. However for short term tourist visa etc usually not required, they just give you another one to fill out. It’s up to the immigration office to decide if a police report is needed.
thank you! We don’t have letters from embassy (Brazilian embassy doesn’t help us), but I will try with a hospita

You could to a nearby province (making sure the hotel registers you properly.) I saw someone post the other day. I think it was Ayutthaya. Immigration office was quiet and friendly.
turn up early at your immigration office to apply with an embassy letter or hospital letter. And above copies etc.

The documents to extend a visa are completely dependent on what type of visa you currently hold, or what extension of stay you are on or if you are on amnesty. Let us know and we can try to help further.

Bradelyn Zhuang then you need a letter from the hospital stating you cannot travel. You’ll need a completed TM7 form. Probably proof of address registration, STM2 form, copy of your passport data page, last entry stamp and TM6. If you’ve lost the TM6 ( the white card) your immigration-office will probably just give you a new one to fill out and then copy. Oh and 1,900 baht. Different offices have different requirements so this list may not be 100% accurate.
