TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a second two-month visa extension in Thailand, you will generally need the same documentation as for your first extension. This includes a copy of your passport's data page, a copy of your last entry stamp, the TM6 form, a filled-out TM7 form, a filled-out STM2 form, the 'Unable to travel due to Covid' form, proof of TM30 registration, a passport photo, and a fee of 1,900 baht. It's also noted that if you are stamped in until a certain date, you may need to leave the country unless an extension is granted.

You need all the same documentation if you’ve been fully vaccinated and are you still required to quarantine? Thx to anyone who can provide info, appreciate it.

anyone entering the country must do mandatory 16 day quarantine. Vaccinated or not.
TM7 is the application for an extension. Available at your immigration office. TM30 is possibly available from your landlord if they’ve done it for you. Otherwise you’ll have to self file.
I was told by immigration if you're stamped in until 29th January you have to leave the country. I have yet to find anything to the contrary or if indeed anyone has successfully got another 60 days
I’m in Pattaya and no it finished today we had a medical stamp before then changed back to 60 day stamp that’s why we are out of the date range with everyone else
yeah hope so ... who knows .. and yeah the paperwork was the same they give you three or 4 forms to fill in copies is passport tm30 and the slip you get from airport what ever that is called and last stamp

Exactly what you needed for your first one. Typically copy of passport data page, copy of last entry stamp, copy of TM6, filled out TM7, filled out STM2, filled out “Unable to travel due to Covid” form, proof of TM30 registration, a passport photo and 1,900 baht.
