TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your stay for an additional 30 days in Thailand, you need to bring several documents to immigration: a filled out TM7 application form with a passport-sized photo attached, copies of the data page of your passport, your current visa (if applicable), your entry stamp, and your TM6 departure card. Additionally, depending on the immigration office, you may also need proof that a TM30 notification of alien in residence has been filed by you or your landlord. The fee for the extension is 1900 baht.

Here I'll humor you,

To apply for a 30 day extension at MOST immigration offices you need a filled out TM7 application for extension with a passport sized photo stuck on it, copies of the data page of your passport, your visa (if you have one) your entry stamp, and your TM6 departure card. You might also need (depending on the immigration office proof you or your land lord filed a TM30 notification of alien in residence form). Those things and 1900baht and you get a 30 day extension
