For a 30 day extension of my 30 day stamp in my passport?

Do I need to come up with any documents for this or can I just go to a immigration office?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To apply for a 30-day extension of your 30-day stamp in your passport in Thailand, you will need to provide several documents: a copy of the data page of your passport, your entry stamp, the TM.6 departure card, a completed TM.7 application form with a passport photo, and a fee of 1900 baht. Some immigration offices may also require proof of a TM.30 filing.

He is Dutch and has half Thai Children, found that in earlier post. this means you can apply for a 60 day Extension of Stay based on visiting your children at your local Immigration Office, for the needed documents, pay them a visit for the hand out.

Better to mention which immigration office you are going to apply, and which country is your passport with, to get right answer...
