TLDR : Answer Summary
If you have lost your TM6 departure card in Thailand, you can obtain a replacement by following these steps: 1. Visit your local immigration office where you can request a new TM6 card. 2. In some cases, it's advisable to file a police report about the loss, especially if you are extending your visa. 3. If you are not extending your stay, you can often get a new card at the airport's check-in counter when departing. Experiences may vary based on location, so it's good to call ahead to confirm the process.

So did I went to my local immigration they gave another one and updated their records free of charge,JUST Get IT SORTED ASAP some people say you need to report loss at police station,I didn't but guess its depends on each area worst case immigration will tell you to report it

Non-immigrant: report to police station, TR: don’t worry, get new one at the airport

Do not worry, you can get new one at Check in counter when you will be leaving the country.

It's only a problem if you are needing to use the services of an immigration office. If you are just on holiday, not extending then sort it out at the airport.
Otherwise it's report to the police, get the paper report. Take to inmigration, you will be given a new TM6, the number probably crossed out, and your old number written on.
I lost mine and went to immigration and they just gave me a new one. Of course each place is different and answers differ from person to person. Definitely call first if you need to travel a distance to get to immigration.
the tm6 has a code on it.. It's your tracking code for each entry in which all everything is filed under extention, tm30, etc. Funny you just used an extra one and no one cared.
