TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for obtaining the bank letter for proof of 800,000 Baht when renewing a Retirement Visa in Thailand can vary by immigration office. Some offices may require the letter to be dated on the day of application, while others may accept letters that are one or even two days old. It is advisable to check with your specific immigration office for their exact requirements.
