What document formats are acceptable for applying for a Thailand tourist visa?

What image format did you use for passport and photo? Those have to be JPEG or JPG.

The rest should be PDF.

No screenshots.

Screenshots are never acceptable,pdf and jpeg are.

Turn upget your tourist visa, go to visa office, renew, pretty simple

Go to your local bank branch and have them print out the required statement(s). Take a photo / scan, and ensure it complies with the required size and is clear. That will 100% satisfy them, whatever the original issue was

Si vous venez pour 53 jours pas besoin de visa. Même si la nouvelle loi passe l'exemption de 60 à 30 jours vous pourrez aller à l'immigration et demander une prolongation de 30 jours pour 1900 bath. Sauf bien sûr si vous êtes déjà venu en Thaïlande cette année avec exemption de visa.

Basically they know it’s coming but not when . Those planning more than 30 days are just planning ahead by applying for a 60 day visa which may or may not be required

If it’s too hard , pay someone to do it for you .

PDFs should be OK, screenshots are not. If you need to load multiple PDFs to any one section you need to combine them into a single PDF first

STOP with the rumors, NOTHING has changed yet, the visa exempt program is still 60 days. Get your information from the official Thai Government immigration and Embassy WEB sites instead of your I'll informed neighbor and social media. Yes Me included, double check what I just said, but you'll find I'm correct.

I am laughing at some of the comments here ,complaining how hard it is for them to get a visa to visit,they should think themselves lucky if a Thai wants to visit some of their countries they need to jump through all sorts of hoops with an extortionate price tag,stop complaining put your hand in your pocket and learn how to use Tech.

They are not saying that "screenshots are not acceptable" ... they are saying that the particular documents you submitted are not acceptable and they probably told you why they were not acceptable. Just redo them and resubmit them.

Take a picture of the PDF.. with your phone..there is a limit to the data ..it should say..

Here's an idea. Everyone go to Vietnam instead who make it easy for tourists and visa applications. Same I believe for the Philippines.

I absolutely love Thailand have been six times in 4 years but the bureaucracy is ridiculous. I understand very much they want to protect their country and citizens but making it everything so bloody difficult is not doing themselves any favours

The reduction of visa-free entry from 60 to 30 days has already taken effect -? It was supposed to take effect 15 days after publication in the Royal Gazette.

Why not just get a visa except stamp for 30 days? Why do you need a visa for less than 30 days?
