TLDR : Answer Summary
Phil is applying for a tourist visa while in Australia and has a 5-page bank statement in JPEG format that he cannot combine into a single file. He asks if he can submit the bank statement in PDF format instead. The community responds, confirming that the Thai e-visa application does accept PDF submissions, and offers various methods to combine JPEG files into PDF, emphasizing that ultimately submitting a PDF should be acceptable.

I submitted for a tourist Visa recently and combined many pages of documents. They wanted every page of my passport front to back! Even though it's a New passport with just the first page having stamps, I had to combine about 28 photos! Best for me was google drive, +, click "scan". You'll figure it out. Then they said we need to see your Malaysia entry stamp! I used auto-gate, so no stamp! I found that typing out an explanation, taking a photo of it, and photos showing proof I was in Malaysia and again using Google drive scan to combine, worked best to communicate the situation best I could. Also might need to use a pdf file size reducing website. Finally did get the tourist E-visa!

Is it actually a 5 page bank statement or 5 screenshots from your online account as screenshots may not be accepted?

Phil Salisbury I think all the pictures have to be jpeg, but I sent my bank statements in a combined pdf. Unless something has changed since last May.

a pdf is fine, but it needs to be a single PDF containing each month's statements

Use Adobe Scan or Google Lens (both free) to combine the JPEGs to a single pdf file

Phil Salisbury it does not need to be a JPEG. The Thai e-visa site absolutely accepts PDFs.
