Hi, please ley me know if not allowed. 

Mother of a thai child, I am traveling with my Lo back to my homecountry for 2 months. I was planning to come back on a 2 months tourist visa but suddenly worried I will not receive it ( thai embassy in bern switzerland are quite strict) as I am officially register at the swiss embassy in Bangkok and my main reason to come back is to be with my partner (not married) and father of my child. We do not have the financial means to apply for a thai family visa and education visa is also not an option. Any advices ?

I think you'll be fine applying for a single entry tourist visa.

Here's a thought, how about you email the consulate in Bern and ask them yourself?

You could always go to the embassy in vientiane and savannkhet and get single entry non o for being parent of a thai child.

What's LO?

If your husband is Thai, one option is to marry him. There is no financial requirements for a Thai man to support a non-Thai woman.
