I am up for my first 90 day notification in a few days. I got my retirement visa back in early April, with no small thanks to you guys, and have been led to believe the three month report is just a confirmation of my address. I am not sure what to expect or what to bring to the Immigration office in Lak Si. Do I need bank statements or just a copy of my current lease for my condo? I kind of got the impression that I just turn up to let them know I am still here and no money changes hands. I also believe that there may be a medical insurance requirement. I do not have insurance so would appreciate any info you may have on this topic.
TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day notification report in Thailand after receiving a retirement visa, you need to prepare your passport and, if applicable, a TM30 receipt. It's generally only a confirmation of your address, and no fees are required. Medical insurance is not mandatory for this process. Bank statements are not necessary unless specifically requested.
