TLDR : Answer Summary
For your first 90-day report after receiving your retirement visa in Thailand, you will need to bring the following: your passport, the TM30 receipt showing you're registered at your current address, a filled out TM47 form, and the document indicating the due date for your 90-day report.

usually just the TM30 receipt showing you're registered as staying at the address you used for your extension, the little paper that shows when your first 90 day report is due, a filled out TM47 and your passport.
