TLDR : Answer Summary
To complete your 90-day report for a retirement visa in Thailand, you'll need to bring several documents. Primarily, if you haven't completed a TM30 form, you might face a fine, so ensure your landlord files it if necessary. If this is your first report, you will need to fill out a TM47 form and provide copies of your passport, visa, and TM6 card. If you are reporting to the same immigration office as before, and your address hasn't changed, you may only need to state 'no change' and have your rental agreement ready in case they ask.

Almost ALL of this topic would have been unnecessary if the O/P had answered

's query as far as the immigration office they were doing their 90 day report at. :/

In Bangkok no one cares in the least if you or your land lord has ever done a TM.30, you don't need your lease, you don't need copies, you need your passport, the TM.47 form and that's it.

Other immigration offices are different, which is why it helps to know where you're doing your 90 day report.

Be advised; if you're in one of the zones where the immigration office is persnickety and you or your land lord didn't file a TM.30 within 24 hours of you taking up residence, be ready for the 1600baht fine.

There is no change of address - so nothing new to report. You just say - No Change. I have done this many times. It is always good to have the Rent Agreement document with you in case they insist. You report change of address - new address.... not straying at the same address.

So I don't need to show it again?

Then was your address then - the same as now?

Are you reporting to the same office where you got your Extension of Stay?

I believe you just have to take an original of your Rental Agreement in Thai signed by your Landlord. Take a copy to leave. Your landlord should have filed a TM 30. But depending on where you report the policy enforcement will vary.

Whilst im thinking about it why not do your 90 day on line. There has been many reports its up and running again now that way you dont have to bother about going to immigration.

Now, Ian, don't be like that. You are more than welcome to be a contributing member of the group.

FWIW: I've been an admin on here for a good while now. I try to keep the topics on point and relate accurate information.

Time for me to leave group if Tod is admin. Theres very little need for anyone else as seems everything anybody say is superfluous to requirements

If it's your very first 90 day report the online system won't work. :/

You have to have done one 90 day report in person to get into the database

Which immigration office?

Thank you, I have printed the t30 form for my landlord to fill in for me so I can take it.

Even having the TM30 form, you or the landlord may be fined (more likely you) because the form is supposed to be submitted within 24 hours of you taking residence. Best to get the landlord to file the TM30 before you go (he risks a 10,000 baht fine for not doing so). And yeah, it varies depending on which immigration office/officer you go to.

First time for the report

If your getting Landlord to fill it in you will need a copy of his Tabien and ID card as well. If he refuses to give you them and there are a good few who will you fill it in as posser of house/condo you are allowed take your lease with you.

As for 90 day report have you not got the stapled form from last time in your passport with bar code on it? If so all you need is passport and that form nothing to fill out.

Yes, need or not... just bring

If your reporting to Chonburi Immigration and haven't yet done a TM30 you can expect a fine. Other than that if it's your first time, a filled TM47 form (I think that's the number) copies of your passport and visa and a copy of your TM6 landing card. If it isn't your first time, your reporting slip from your last report and passport.
