Good morning everyone. I would like to know about 90 days report. I stay with Ed Visa since 25 March 2024. But I arrived Thai at 24 Feb 2024. As of my first arrival date, I gonna report 90 days stay. My question is

Do I need to do 90 days report while holding Ed Visa and the office didn’t put the white paper notice in my passport? Thank you in advance πŸ™

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 90-day reporting requirement for a Non-ED visa starts only after obtaining your first extension, not from the initial entry into Thailand. Since you received your ED visa on 25 March 2024, your 90-day reporting clock begins with your first extension application, which should be submitted by mid-June 2024. The notice typically provided in your passport at the time of your first extension will indicate the due date for reporting.

Just to confirm what Ellie stated

When you enter the country on a tourist visa or free stamp entry the 90 day reporting clock doesn't start. πŸ˜•

When you get an in country Non-Immigrant type visa for 90 days, the 90 day reporting clock doesn't start. πŸ˜•

When you get your FIRST extension from a 90 day Non-Imm visa THAT'S when the 90 day reporting count down clock starts (y)

and

that's when they usually put that paper in your passport saying when your FIRST 90 day report is due)

Like this paper πŸ™‚

Well noted with many thanks πŸ™. I understand now that I only need to report only after I got notice paper in my passport.

when you go for your extension on your ED visa if they DON'T put that paper in the passport ask them when you're there about it πŸ™‚

So you applied for Non-ED visa inside Thailand and it was approved on 25 March.

The first 90 day count starts with the first extension application usually.

You will need to apply for the first extension at the end of the current 90 days (means around the middle of June). Check your due date on that time you apply for an extension with your local office.

And please remove the unrelated photo from the post. It makes things confusing.
