Tod Daniels, I have seen your comment

„90 day reports are for people on long term extensions (retirement, marriage, employment, education raising kids etc) those people can do a 90 day report if they want to,

BUT no one who participates in the amnesty has to file a 90 day report at all“.

I’m on ED visa and have to do the 90 days renewal on 15th May. It’s not only reporting, there’s always lots of paper work involved. Are you certain, the 90 days extension for ED Visa is NOT necessary? 🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether holders of an ED visa are required to file a 90-day report, noting that there is usually considerable paperwork involved. A comment clarifies that those on long-term extensions, such as the ED visa, are still required to complete their 90-day reports despite any confusion regarding potential exemptions under the amnesty.

You are confused, I said people on LONG TERM extensions <- like you're on with an ED visa should get their extensions like normal AND I said they should do their 90 day reporting when it comes up like normal too

I didn't say ANYWHERE that ED visa holders didn't have to get their extensions or were covered by the amnesty

Thanks for clarification, I was actually a bit surprised. If you read the quote from what you wrote earlier it was a bit misunderstanding. But no worries, I admire the work you do trying to help everyone. Now all is clear 🙏
