Do I need to report my 90-day stay in Thailand after receiving a covid extension?

I entered Thailand with a 60-day tourist visa, got a 30-day extension (which expires today) and then a 60-day covid extension that expires in November.

When I applied for the covid extension, a note was attached to my passport saying that they have received a notification of staying in Thailand for more than 90 days (it was after ~2 months of my stay in Thailand), although I just applied for the covid extension and not a 90-day report. The note also says I need to report my address on November 10th.

Has my first 90-day stay been reported, or I need to go again to the immigration office to sort it out?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has concerns regarding their 90-day residence reporting after receiving a note with their passport when applying for a COVID-19 extension. They are unsure if their stay has already been reported or if they need to visit the immigration office again to clarify their situation.

did you get a receipt like this ?

If you did it means they filed the first 90 day report FOR you. You go back on the date it says in the red box and file another 90 day report (if you're still IN thailand when the date comes up) ๐Ÿ™‚
