After returning to Thailand with a re-entry stamp for the next 90 day report would I use my original entry date or my new entry date arriving with the re-entry stamp. Tia
Answer summary
When you return to Thailand with a re-entry stamp, the 90-day reporting clock resets to the new entry date. You are required to report 90 days from this new date of entry, as the duration of your previous stay is no longer continuous once you have exited the country.

90 day report is for staying 90 continuous days in Thailand. If you left, it's not continuous.
When you Re Enter Thailand, you need to report TM30 and next reporting date is 90 days from you this Re Entry date...you can report within 15 days before expiry date ... if you leave Thailand before 90 days, no need for any report, but when you enter in future, have to repeat again same procedure.....hope this helps
It is what it says. A 90 day report for being in Thailand 90 days, if you leave before 90 days you are not in Thailand anymore, hence no report required.
