European with covid ext good till end of october ( for tourism purpose). And the hotel I am staying at ( for the full duration) has properly reported/filed TM30 accordingly... Question, 1) do I need to make the 90 day reporting? ( Would be my first time ever) 2). The hotel has called the division1 3 times ...each time w different answers ...even I checked website ...I got even more confused - 3), do I need report in person? Or online or by post would be adequate ... ( As I too get different answers from different officers) ... Thanks again
TLDR : Answer Summary
The necessity of filing a 90-day report (TM47) during your stay in Thailand under a COVID extension varies depending on the office you report to. Some offices may require it, while others may not. Given the conflicting information you've received from your hotel and the website, it would be best to clarify with the specific immigration office you are connected to about their policy regarding your situation.
