Do I need to complete my 90-day reporting if my visa extension is still under consideration?

Hi there, I have a question about 90 day reporting. After my last check-in, my next date for reporting was 12th June. I handed in my documents for yearly non-o extension last month and was given the under consideration stamp until 14th July. My question is should I have been reporting as normal or await my visa extension to come back with a new 90 day reporting date?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they should continue with their 90-day reporting after submitting their documents for a yearly NON-O visa extension, which is currently under consideration. A commenter noted that the user is already late for their 90-day report due on June 12th and may need to pay a 2,000 Thai baht fine when their visa extension is processed.

Your 90 day report was due June 12th...

You are already late...

Just be prepared to pay the 2,000 Thai baht fine when you go to close under consideration stamp

July14th.....

If they ask for the fine to be paid.

Just an update on the situation. I went to immigration this morning, handed over my passport, they didn't say anything just did my new reporting day until my under consideration finishes on the 14th July. No fine so far ๐Ÿคž

, If OP is already late for the latest 90days report, I don't see the reason OP has to go to report immediately instead of going to the immigration office on June 14th and do both closing under consideration stamp and 90days report. (unless OP is in Bangkok because may have to go to different offices for those)

@Caitlin *****
as you are now late to report 90 days as it was due June 12...and is now June 21...you had a 7 day grace period past June 12th...

I think you can wait until you return to close out the Under Consideration stamp on July 14th in your passport ...as the fine remains the same at 2,000 Thai baht.. It does not increase if late reporting.
