I have a visa extension (spouse visa) coming up but will not have a valid rental contract as we'll be living in one of my relatives condo (who is a foreigner) for at least 6 months.
Is there anything that we can do to prove our residence without a rental contract?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on proving their residence in Thailand for a spouse visa extension without a valid rental contract, as they will be living in a relative's condo. Commenters suggest options such as ensuring the condo owner has registered a TM30, getting a letter from the condo owner confirming residence, or staying temporarily in a hotel to obtain a TM30.
Couple of options. Stay in a hotel for a night and ask for the tm30. its a bit cheeky but happens a lot usually without issue. If it's possible the owner of the condo can give you a copy of his/her id and a letter saying you reside there. Final option is to take a fine at the office. I can't remember how much but it's not a lot. Hope this helps.
Even if you stayed with family should registered in immigration and gotten your tm30 so now when you go immigration you might face issues maybe not. Best option for you to go down to your local immigration and ask
