Can I extend my visa in Bangkok if my fiancée's house registration is in another province?

Hi all, I need to extend my stay in Thailand for another month before I have the 400k baht requirement ready for my marriage visa (I held one before). I'm currently on a visa exempt entry.

I'm planning to do the 60-day extension based on visiting family at the I/O at IT Square in Bangkok. I was told that the documents required are (1) House registration from my fiancee. (2) Copy of her ID card. (3) Marriage certificate. (4). T.M.30 and (5) the three forms that can be acquired at the I/O (forgot what they're called).

Assuming above is correct, there are two questions we're currently struggling with. We purchased a condo in Bangkok and my wife's house registration is still in her hometown. First question: am I able to get the extension done in Bangkok despite her house registration being in a different province? Also, I assume a copy of the house registration suffices as we do not hold the original file over here, correct? Second question: is there any example of how this T.M.30 file should look like? At this point we're not even sure if we registered correctly. The site doesn't seem to allow us to look into any registrants that got registered over 15 days ago.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking to extend their stay in Thailand for another month while preparing for a marriage visa, currently holding a visa exempt entry. They plan to apply for a 60-day extension at an immigration office in Bangkok and are questioning the validity of using their fiancé's house registration from a different province. They also seek clarification on the required documents, specifically regarding the T.M.30 filing process.

The TM30 looks like this and you're correct you can't look up one that is filed more than 2 weeks ago

Thanks a lot as always. We have this old screenshot. Would it suffice and if not, what do you suggest we do to acquire this document? I don't think I've ever seen the example form you just shared lol

don't risk it. File a new TM30. It's just a database of entries. It doesn't matter when yours was filed generally as long as it's the most recent one. File a new one and print the official pdf that Tod showed

When you say file a new one, you mean using the online system? Because we bruteforced till 4am until we eventually got this screenshot. It's like the system didn't allow my wife to register me as a "tenant" considering the condo was already occupied by herself, not realizing we're literally married. It's been the biggest headache we've ever had to deal with immigration wise... and then still, the online system didn't seem to produce such image as the one in the example.

Yes, I mean using the online system. And the system doesn't care how many people are at an address. Hotels use the exact same system and file for hundreds of people per day using the same address and account.
