Hello everyone I have a question regarding my current visa and needing a contract. I recently moved out of my apartment and I won't be able to get another apartment until August so I am currently staying with a friend. I need to renew my visa soon and I don't have a rental agreement contract. What do I have to do?

Perhaps you should give a clue as to what visa you're on? Tourist visa? Elite visa?

did your friend anyone filed the TM30 at the address you stay now?

If so, you should use at your residencial address to renew your visa.

Or did you find already a new appartment ?

Then ask the landlord (agent) to sign the lease agreement before to renew your visa..

Perharps would work.. but to make sure you should go to your immigration office..

When I did my visa extension before I needed a copy of my lease agreement. Will I need something like that again or just have my friend fill out the TM30?

Some people expect answers without giving information. It's like me asking "hey, does anyone know what's wrong with my cat?"
