What are the visa options for Egyptian citizens in Thailand facing long processing times?

Hello everyone ..

I am an Egyptian citizen currently on a student visa in thailand that ends on september .. so i went to another school to get a different course visa and everything is fine so far on their side as im applying now to skip the 45 days ministry of education time .. but to get the new visa i have to leave thailand and in malaysia they told me i need to wait there also for 45 days to get the ministry of foreign affairs approval 

My country isnt exempted from visa in thailand so i need to get a sticker on my passport before getting here unlike other countries that dont need a visa to thailand they can just get their visa done in malaysia in a few days .

Does anyone know a way to get this done without having to fly back to Egypt "long distance" specially from non visa free nationalities? Or is it possible to get foreign affairs approval while in thailand?

Vientiane or Singapore are basically the only option for African passport holders,

Vietnam, same rules as Malaysia for African passport holders, Savannakhet in Laos as well, only one is Vientiane that will assist you.

Every Thai embassy has a list of nationalities that have extended application times for applying for a visa. It sounds like at the Thai embassy you checked with, Egypt is one of the extended application time nationalities.

You can check some other Thai embassies in neighboring countries to see if any of them don't have the same requirement for Egyptians.

Laos and Vietnam both have at least 2 embassies with different rules at each one.

every country has one and only one embassy I think you mean consulate
