I am a student studying in Malaysia and hold an Egyptian Passport I booked my flight on the 22nd of June and I'm going to the embassy on the 18th of June (Monday).

It's my first time making a Thai Visa and I want to know how long it will take for me to receive the visa in Kuala Lumpur??

Turkey is not on the list of countries that can't use KL so you're fine going there.

I don't know if the time frame is different for you or not. Most people apply there one morning from 9:30 - 11:30 and pick up their passport the next afternoon from 14:30 - 16:30

right, I saw that. Then seeing as you're a "listed country" but do live legally in malaysia you'd meet these criteria

That’s if you don’t reside in Malaysia though right? I have a multiple visa entry for Malaysia already, I’m a student, I’ve been residing for more than 3 years in Malaysia

I just noticed that it says if you don't reside in Malaysia, so I would guess that people who DO reside there (seeing as you're a student you do) are treated differently
