I entered Thailand visa exempt for 30 days in early August, and have extended for another 30 days to early October. I am currently applying for a 1 year education visa (2 weeks into the process)
Is it possible/advisable for me to leave Thailand for 2-3 days in the next week or so, without risking being able to return or jeopardising my education visa application? I have an urgent medical appointment in Singapore.
TIA for your advice

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on whether they can leave Thailand for 2-3 days during the processing of their education visa application after entering on a visa-exempt basis. Comments suggest that exiting Thailand may jeopardize the application since the school has submitted paperwork to the Ministry of Education. It is advised to consult with the enrolling school for specific guidance.
I just called a real thai language school here in Bangkok that does a LOT of ED visas.
They said you CANNOT exit and re-enter once you have started the process <- the school has turned in your application to the Ministry of Education for the paperwork to get the ED visa issued
And what did the SCHOOL you enrolled in say when you said you had to leave while your paperwork is pending with the MOE? <- that's gonna be the one that matters,
