Another question regarding the TM30, i have searched the group postings but cannot find an answer to my particular position. I am into year 11 of a 30 year lease ( 30+30+30), house and land being in the name of my ex. Previously i have shown a copy of the Chanote with my name registered as a lessee, this address is registered with Phuket immigration. Not previously been asked for a TM30, so i am assuming i don't need one? The Thai immigration web site regarding the TM30 does not mention long term leases. TIA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on whether they need to submit a TM30 report related to their long-term lease in Thailand, given their specific situation of being a lessee on a property owned by an ex-partner. They mention that their address is already registered with Phuket immigration and express uncertainty since previous requirements for a TM30 have not been imposed.
