Hey,

I have to fly to Singapore for a day max, I was hoping for some clear information on what would be required for leaving Thailand, entering Singapore and returning again…

Really struggling to find to right information.

Hotels either side? Tests either side? Maximum/Minimum days to travel…

Head blown!

Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Thailand to Singapore for a day involves several key requirements: You must apply for a VTL similar to the 'Test and Go' program, obtain travel insurance covering at least S$30,000, and undergo a pre-departure RT-PCR test. Upon entry to Singapore, an RT-PCR test is required (which should be prepaid), and daily ART tests for up to 7 days while in Singapore. Ensure to fly on a VTL-approved flight and check the process for returning, including any Thailand Pass requirements, which can be tricky.

You probably need more then one day to achieve this. You will not be allowed to have a meeting before PCR test come back and then need to do ART next day and PCR for your flight back. Maybe not impossible but can't imagine juggling all.

Make sure you on a VTL flight from Bangkok.

Thailand Pass is not going fast for me hoping it is due to PH. I am looking to do the trip to Thailand soon.

Singapore Airlines try to outline requirements both ways in a fairly easy manner. Government page keep changing.

Oh one other thing apart from insurance being a lot less than Thailand you dont need to purchase until after approval for entry
