Hi! Has anyone done the Covid-19 PCR test in Singapore? What documentation did you need from the test to enter Thailand? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are entering Thailand after taking a Covid-19 PCR test in Singapore, you will need documentation that includes your name, passport number, and date of birth. Make sure the test is an RT PCR test. It's advisable to check with the testing location (such as Raffles at Terminal 3) for specific requirements as well.

I had name passport number and date of birth on mine.
Got to be the RT PCR test.
Got mine done at raffles terminal 3 but any of the raffles will know whats required for Thailand
I saw that the MOH approved clinics give out the lab test and a memo - Thailand requests for the fit to fly? And how much did it cost you? Also, did you do the test on the day you flew?
thank you lah! OK I am trying desperately to reduce the overall cost of my "non-essential trip" as much as I can. Curious - what travel insurance did you buy?
Just for context, I am on a 60 day TR Visa, and the one I bought from Sompo does not seem to claimable if it's considered "non-essential travel" (still waiting for their response)
How much did you pay for your full year of insurance! Also, would you advise me to purchase travel insurance from a Singapore company or a Thai company instead? I'm trying to purchase from a SG company, but there seems to be lack of clarity about being unable to claim if it's considered "non-essential travel".
