Both my wife and I have 60TR visas which we applied for using flights to Phuket via Bangkok ( only option at the time )
Now with things changing we are planning on staying Bangkok 1 day quarantine then travelling onto different destination
Question is do we need to reapply for visas ??
Many Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
You do not need to reapply for your 60TR tourist visas as long as they are valid. However, you are required to apply for a Thailand Pass to enter the country and adhere to the requirements of the Test and Go program, which includes a one-night stay in Bangkok. Be mindful that if your flight arrives late, you may need to extend your stay to accommodate RT-PCR COVID testing schedules.
As long as your TR is valid, it will be okay to enter Thailand. You don't have to (and you cannot) apply for a new visa. But if you already have approved CoE, better to check if you can have Thai pass at the same time.
