TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the feasibility of traveling to Singapore and then returning to Thailand to obtain a visa on arrival without a stamp from Singapore. It is noted that although Singapore does not traditionally stamp passports, travelers must comply with the current regulations, including applying for a new Thai Pass and adhering to sandbox or AQ rules due to Covid-19. The participants also highlight the absence of VTL flights and the option of extending stays due to travel restrictions.
home is in complete lock down but if you want to go there feel free. I actually came in hopes that the Philippines opened up but that's not going to happen

Can still apply for unable to travel due to Covid, 60 day extension. Available until 25th January. And maybe extended after that.
There’s no VTL flight sales for January now, so you would have to enter and do quarantine and the. Fly back to Thailand and enter Thailand via Phuket sandbox or AQ rules.
