TLDR : Answer Summary
Traveling from Dubai to Thailand with a Singapore passport requires adherence to specific entry requirements including obtaining a Certificate of Entry (COE), having the correct visa, and undergoing a quarantine period of two weeks. Travelers must also provide a negative RT PCR test result and a fit-to-fly certificate, both not older than 72 hours, along with confirming their ASQ hotel booking and showing sufficient funds for their stay.

So long as you have all the correct docs ...
COE
VISA (depending on your passport and period of stay)
RT PCR test result no older than 72 hours
Separate fit to fly certificate no older than 72 hours
ASQ Hotel booking confirmation
Exit ticket (dependant on what visa)
Sufficient funds for your stay .......

You're fine - Singapore is on the approved list of countries eligible for visa exempt entry into Thailand:
i am on visa exemption scheme.. from what i know, the scheme is based on the country i departed from , so Dubai is under the scheme.. everything shld be fine right..
only coe? Means once i get my approved coe and all the necessarry document, i will be able to travel to thailand right? Even if i am holding singapore passport but daparted from Dubai
