not much good getting a ART to transit in Singapore and then not allowed to go into Thailand. Where can they get a PCR in Singapore while in Transit ?

he is flying from Australia. He can get a PCR test 2 days before departure and use the same test result for transit in Singapore and arrival in Thailand.

my point was no good to suggest an option (ART) when it's not an option when flying from Australia only cause confusion for some less experienced travellers.
