If applying from a country you are not a national/citizen of, show proof you are there legally.
In uk, landlords have to see evidence non british tenants are legally in the country ( visa etc). It's same thing.

No 7. Utility bill, letter from your bank , council tax letter etc
No8. If your coming to stay with a Thai national you need a picture of their Thai ID of passport , if not then I’m not sure , maybe email you’re local Thai consulate and ask what to do with no8 if you’re not staying with a Thai national

7 is just your passport or something saying you're legally in the country you're applying from.
