Hey guys, has anyone gotten a DTV for workcation in a situation similar to mine? My situation is that I’m currently not earning a monthly income and haven’t had much income in the last three months. However, I have a strong portfolio showing what I do and sufficient funds in my country’s bank account.

Another question: what should I fill in for the place of issue? My passport is Japanese and was issued in Osaka, Japan. Should I write “Osaka, Japan” ？

Based on other people's experience, you might be better off applying from another country cos Japan is stringent (requiring interviews even)

Your passport was issued in Japan, so write Japan.

And there is no income requirement, as long as you can prove that you can work remotely from Thailand.
