TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirements for a retirement Non-O annual extension in Thailand typically include the TM.7 form (application for extension), a TM.30 approval copy, a recent passport photo, signed copies of the passport's front and last visa pages, a copy of a rental agreement, proof of registration for the rental property, a bank book with updated pages, a bank letter no older than 7 days, and a 12-month bank statement. It's advisable to check with the local immigration office or the Thai embassy website for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

I like simple. And this is the simplest way to find out. Wouldn't hurt to bring everything you can think of.... You might be right and get it done that day...

You can download the TM.7 form from the internet and fill it out beforehand. This is the application form for a 1 year extension.
