TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your Non-O (retirement) visa for one year in Thailand, you need to prepare the following documents: Application Form TM 7, a passport-sized picture, a copy of the ID page of your passport, copies of your visa, the Admitted to Stay stamp, the TM 6 departure card, and a hand-drawn map of your residence's area. Depending on your financial proof, you may need a bank letter, bank book copies, or an affidavit from your embassy. The fee for the extension is 1,900 THB. For applying for a multiple entry visa, you will need to fill out Form TM 8.

Yes, only for application of the Visa the money in the bank does not have to be seasond for two months, but you need a letter from the bank that the money comes from abroad.

For the Re-Entry Permit is the the TM 8 Form.

For the Extension of Stay it is the TM 7 Application Form.
