How can I successfully complete my online 90-day reporting in Khon Kaen?
Online 90 day reporting Khon Kaen.
Made my first report in person. Attempted online for the second but received the 'contact your local immigration office' message. Was definitely within the 15 days to 7 days BEFORE timeframe and also tried each day. Used latest Internet Explorer browser on Windows 7. Carefully checked input information each time. Only thing I can think of is that when I made my first report the IO told me her computer was 'down'. Anyone with up-to-date experience please?

Answer summary
The user encountered issues when attempting to file the online 90-day reporting in Khon Kaen after successfully reporting in person. Despite being within the correct reporting window, the online system repeatedly prompted them to contact the immigration office. They speculated that previous technical problems at the office might have affected their online status. Community members suggested simplifying the online submission process by entering only essential information.

If you can get onto the first page the system is not down.
Perhaps when her computer was down she never bothered to enter the information into the data base :/
I would suggest that you only put the required information on the first page (only the things with the red asterisks next to them) leave the rest blank. That gives you less to match to in their data base.
