I have a non O as the father of a a Thai child, not married, and my current visa has been extended and expired- therefore I'm on the amnasty.
Normally, I travel to Vietnam and get the 3 months (+2 extension)- obviously this isn't possible- any ideas if there's any options available?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user currently holds a Non-O visa as the father of a Thai child and is on amnesty due to an expired visa. They are looking for options since typical travels to Vietnam for a visa run aren't feasible. Commenters suggest that without legal parental rights established through family court, the user cannot secure a yearly extension using the child and must wait for government directives on the amnesty situation.

IF you have not gone thru family court and been granted legal parental rights so you could use the child to get a yearly extension by meeting the proof of funds, there is no other extension available to you at this time
You wait out the amnesty and see what people on amnesty are told to do by the government when they put out the directive.
