Good Morning, I hope someone can help me. I need information about the online 90 day reporting. I submitted the online form and then nothing happened except this notification "For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area."

is this normal?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance regarding the online submission of their 90-day reporting for Thai immigration, as they received a notification to contact the immigration office without any further feedback on their application. Several comments suggest that this issue could be due to discrepancies in the submitted information, timing of the report submission, or a need for prior in-person reporting.

okay you didn't submit anything when you tried to do an online 90 day report. :O You got the error screen that means you can't use the online system for your 90 day reporting.

In order to use the 90 day online system you need to

Have done one 90 day report in person to get into the data base

Use the online system from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual due date?

Do not put in a flight number

Turn off your pop-up blockers.

if you got this message you didn't report anything,. it's the error prompt for that system

maybe too early, or too late reporting, the is a window of a week, you can report on line, outside that window, you will get the message you received

if you go to the on line program again, click on the green part and check your status, if no reports there, you have to visit the Immigration Office

The first time, the 90 Days must be done at Immigration. After, it works online.

If you get a new passport, the next 90 Days must be done at immigration.

thank you very much.

your passport and at some immigration offices the Notification of Stay or proof that your address is registered. TM47 application form, but some offices do it all by computer, then no forms needed

You report that you are inside Thailand for a period of 90 days, the other one is that you or the landlord report within 24 hours your arrival at a address inside Thailand.

Thanks Robert. Can you explain the difference between 90 day report and residence reporting?

It means that the info you typed doesn’t match the info they have on the system. No way to fix this unfortunately.
