TLDR : Answer Summary
A warning has been issued that the Thailand Pass email database has been compromised, leading to the distribution of fake emails that potentially contain malware. Users are advised to only utilize official websites and to remain cautious of any emails that ask for sensitive information or direct them to unfamiliar sites. The Thailand Pass IT team confirmed that the suspicious emails did not originate from their system. It is recommended to change passwords for important accounts and to avoid clicking on links in emails claiming to be from Thailand Pass.

If you have used the Thaipass system you will know it is not well built. I can imagine the security is also poorly built.
Word to the wise: -
- Change your passwords to your online banks and any other important sites.
- If you are contacted by Thaipass for anything other to inform you to upload documents or the status of your registration (rejected or approved), DO NOT GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS FROM YOUR EMAIL EVER, especially Thaipass e.mails.
One scam could be, contact Thaipass user. Tell them they need to go over details... Collect your information and highjack your Transferwise account. Its a pretty short jump - you probably use the same e.mail address.
Its pretty easy to build a site that looks like Thaipass. Not so easy to know which is the real Thaipass.

UPDATE: The Thailand Pass IT team has checked their system and can confirm the email did not come from them. It is possible that email addresses could have been collected from websites pretending to be Thailand Pass. Make sure you only use official sites:
