Regarding my foreign currency question I have one more question, tried elsewhere but got no reply, is there a BKK immigration e-mail address that I can reach? What I plan to do, if there is, is to get my question translated and submit it to that address for a ruling. Good idea or not? Thanks, Dan

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the existence of an email address for Bangkok immigration to submit a question regarding foreign currency and is seeking advice on whether this approach is worthwhile. Responses indicate that replies from immigration emails are rare and suggest visiting the immigration office in person for assistance.
Seeing as you can apply for an extension in Bangkok when you have 45 days or less left on your current extension, why not just GO there (with a competent thai/english speaker) and see what you can do AND while you're there go to the bank branch in the basement and see what they say too.
