TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, there is a Covid vaccine registration process for foreigners in Thailand, with several options depending on the region. Websites like Thailandintervac.com and specific local resources are available for registration. Foreigners have reported successfully receiving vaccinations, such as AstraZeneca, at various hospitals.

In BKK on intervac site: Phayathai 2 Hospital was fully booked today, July 12th, by 10:00am when I checked. As for Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, fully booked. The next pre-registration will be open in August. This is for 60+ and pre-existing conditions. Under 60? Who knows? months...

Depends where you live. I’m in Samui and the one we have works very well. I had my first AZ jab just under two weeks ago and I’m already booked in for second in Sep.
