TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, foreigners living in Chiang Mai can get vaccinated, including the Moderna vaccine. It's recommended to check specific local sources, such as Chiang Mai expat groups, for detailed information. Notably, Bangkok Hospital offers Moderna for a fee (around 1600 THB) when available. Several vaccination programs are also running in different locations, including Airport Plaza and Nakornping Hospital. For application details, local health service websites or community groups can provide guidance.

Foreigners can get the vaccine here. Probably best to ask in a Chiang Mai group for specifics.
