TLDR : Answer Summary
There is no official limit on the number of flights or entries into Thailand, but each entry is subject to the discretion of the immigration officer. While some travelers have reported multiple entries without issues, frequent travelers may be questioned by immigration, especially if they appear to be staying long-term on a tourist visa. It's generally advisable to stay for shorter periods between entries to avoid raising red flags.

No, however, depending on your method of entry (visa exemption stamp) Foreigners who enter Thailand under this Tourist Visa Exemption category may only do so for 30 days at one time with a maximum of 3 times in a 6 month period by flight and 2 times a year for overland crossing.
Tourist Visa valid for 60 days applied for at your local Thai Embassy before entering Thailand. Can be extended for 30 days once in Thailand.

This also depends on where your passport is from? What do you look like? How are you dressed? Do you appear to have money? When they ask what you do for a living what is your answer? In case taken to a secondary room do you have 20,000 baht on you? A return flight?
If it looks like they have not showered in a week with holes in their shirt. They say they don’t have a job and just visiting for the 3rd time this year they may be denied entry.
Now if a well dressed person, well spoken, and nice clothes tries to enter Thailand for the 5th time this year they may not be questioned. Even if they are questioned what they do for a living and they say something like retired with a high pension that helps.
So it all just depends. Tell the truth as any lie will hurt.

As others have stated there is no limit to flights into Thailand, however after awhile immigration will see the stamps in your passport & and eventually say you are trying to live in Thailand on as a tourist
Some airports are worse than others, I have heard Don Muang is bad for picking on ppl with high entry rate on tourist status
True and as it’s as airport that services low cost airlines it the first choice of people using the T/R visa or visa exemption so the immigration know the system is going to be abused there 👍
possibly a way to keep track of you, it’s something they like to do, alternatively I guess it helps boarder countries with tourists ect boarder bouncing.
In some instances in creates income for visa companies providing visa runs 🤔
One that needs thought behind their logic is Australia’s METV
12 month’s maximum stay 3 months at a time, not easy to boarder bounce 🤔
right yes I can only assume money is the issue. As far as being tracked is concerned a 90 day reporting like the non-o visas would be a little easier on the traveller
It would more depend on how long someone stays each time ie if they stay the fulll 30 days + extension then flying out and back in is where the red flags start. For business travelers who fly in, stay a week and then fly out and are back again a couple weeks later repeatability there would be less scrutiny because they are not trying to live here on free entries.
