Morning, wondering if anyone can clear this up for me, with a tourist visa how many re-entries and extensions can you do before you’re denied re-entry into the country. I thought you were only allowed to do this 3 times per year but I’ve also heard that you can come in and out for an entire year before been denied entry 🤷🏻
Any insight will be appreciated, thanks in advance 💚
TLDR : Answer Summary
The number of re-entries and extensions on a Thai tourist visa can vary, and there is no strict limit for air entries. While it's often stated that there are no rules for how many times you can enter by air, land entries using a visa exemption are limited to twice per calendar year. Ultimately, the decision rests with the immigration officer at the point of entry, who may question the legitimacy of your tourist status if there are multiple entries.
