TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers frequently entering Thailand on visa-exempt stamps may face scrutiny regarding the legitimacy of their visits, particularly if they maximize their allowed stay without a long-term visa. It's essential to manage travel intervals between visits to avoid raising concerns. Arriving with a visa normally circumvents issues, but repeated non-visa entries might prompt Immigration to suggest a proper visa for future stays.

If officer did not pick up on your regular visits without a visa previously u wil be ok . First time they pick up on this it will be a warning to get a visa next trip .. i had this and i know of similar other cases… there is no written rule of number of non visa entries - it is at officer discretion

If you arrive with a visa, then you should not have a problem. If you stays are based on Visa Exempt stamps, then sooner or later Immigration will tell you that your stays in Thailand are not those of a tourist and that you need a visa appropriate to you reason for stay.
There is no limit on air entries. And no limit to how much tourism you are doing. You may well be questioned (immigration has a job to do) but the odds of being denied entry with this record are astoundingly low.
It's more about how long you've been in Thailand than how many times you've entered Thailand. If you travel around and come to Thailand between visiting various countries with time in between then it shouldn't be an issue. If you are in Thailand and maximize the number of days allowed then leave and return in a few days and maximize your days, then leave and return and repeat, they are going to accuse you of trying to live in Thailand without a long term visa.
